Meshory provides a 3D printing asset management service that allows users to organize, view, and manage their 3D model files (STL, 3MF, etc.). We integrate with third-party storage providers (like Google Drive) to index your files without storing the actual model files on our servers, except for generated previews and metadata.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Meshory offers certain features as paid subscriptions (Pro, Pro+). By upgrading, you agree to pay the applicable fees. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice provided for recurring subscriptions.

• Free Trial: We may offer free trials for paid features. You may be charged if you do not cancel before the trial ends.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis or as required by local law.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the files and content you manage through Meshory. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to access, index, and generate previews of your files solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

The Meshory platform, including its software, design, and branding, is the property of Meshory and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Meshory for any unlawful purpose or to store/manage illegal content. You must not attempt to reverse engineer the service, interfere with its operation, or access it via unauthorized means.

7. Limitation of Liability

Meshory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss or service interruptions.
